PHOTOGRAPH SUBMISSIONS:
The entry must be an original photograph. The entrant must be the exclusive owner of the photograph and/or have all necessary rights, title and interest in and to the picture, photograph and its negative, in order to submit the photograph. The entrant may have another person take his or her photograph, however only the entrant as shown in the photograph will be eligible to win. Entrants should avoid inclusion of any third party logos, labels or trade-marks in the photograph, including on background material or on clothing on the subject(s) of the photograph. Entries which include any third party materials as described herein will not be eligible to win. Any entries considered by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be indecent, obscene, pornographic (or borderline pornographic) or not conforming to the Sponsor’s corporate image will not be eligible and any such entry will be deemed void at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All eligible photographs must conform to Sponsor’s corporate policy and image as projected to Canadian families, and considered acceptable by Sponsor in its sole discretion for general-purpose viewing. By submitting your photograph to the Sweepstakes, you authorize Sponsor to display it, as is or as may be edited, without compensation or notice, without limitation for promotional and advertising campaigns, on its Website, and in any other manner as may be decided on by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Photographs submitted become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. |
